Throughout the process of VRSC's development, Vermont Housing Finance Agency (VHFA) has been a constant presence. Sam Falzone, VHFA's Director of Multifamily Programs, attended the first meeting of interested Resident Service Coordinators after the HUD training mandate was published. Since the beginning, VHFA has assisted, sustained, and shared in VRSC's work and success.

In a newly formed collaboration, VHMA and VRSC recognize each other's membership status and share training opportunities. Both organizations believe that managers and resident service coordinators face the same challenges inherent in managing elderly and family housing facilities and therefore, VRSC and VHMA are partnering on training events to support the common purpose of each other's organizations.
